purchasing the right to:

• Print each copy of the lessons or sheet music ordered on one occasion only; and
• View the lessons and sheet music ordered on screen at JustinGrayMusicStudio.com as long as it remains in the catalog.
• You DO NOT have the right to:
• redistribute the lessons sheet music in any form or file format for commercial or any other purposes, or
• alter, edit or tamper with the lessons sheet music file or print-out, other than alterations authorized by JustinGrayMusicStudio.com.

2. Audio/Video Downloads

• You may only use audio and/or video downloads from JustinGrayMusicStudio.com for personal, non-commercial, use. When purchasing audio/video downloads from JustinGrayMusicStudio.com, you are purchasing the right to:
• View/listen to your downloaded file on your PC an unlimited number of times,
• Burn audio downloads to an audio CD up to 2 times, and
• Transfer audio or video downloads to a portable device up to 2 times.

• If products from our online catalog are removed or changed at any time, JustinGrayMusicStudio.com shall not be liable to you in any way.
• You DO NOT have the right to:
• Redistribute downloaded products to third parties by any means.
• Rent, give or lend downloaded products to third parties.
• Perform, show, broadcast (by any means), or play downloaded products in public,

Digital sheet music and MP3s are not returnable after purchase due to their digital nature and

immediate accessibility. This policy ensures the protection of copyright and intellectual property rights

of the creators and publishers.

If a digital product is purchased accidentally, a refund may be requested within seven days of purchase.

reason for return.

No refunds will be granted after 7 days.
